Orpingtons are big, soft, fluffy which like to free range. Due to their size and weight they are unable to fly making them easy to control in your garden. They can lay up to 280 large, light brown eggs in their first year.
Generally they are extremely friendly and relaxed hens, they also weather well through the winter months thanks to their plumage!
