Glendevon Poultry is a privately owned company, based at Glendevon Lodge, Faucheldean, Broxburn, West Lothian EH52 6PS


Ordering information

You can order from our website, or arrange an appointment for purchasing poultry and supplies.



All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and we are not registered for VAT. All prices are exclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated. You can pay using most major credit and debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, or Paypal. Or you can pay by Bacs.



 Birds can be reserved for up to 7 days before collection, but we require full payment at point of reservation.


Poultry – delivery costs will vary depending on quantity and location. Email us for a quote.

Supplies – standard rate of £5 on all orders below £50. Free delivery on orders over £50. All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.

Housing - delivery costs for deluxe range houses will vary depending on model and delivery address. The deluxe range houses will be sent on large lorries that will require clear access to make the delivery. Delivery costs for Express range and Green Frog coops are shown on the product page. Dispatch times on houses vary, lead times quoted on the website are only a guide.

We only deliver to mainland UK.



Cancellation of any orders must be within 24 hours. After 24 hours there will be a restocking charge which will vary depending on product. A refund will be issued within 1-3 days. 


Product returns

Poultry – we do not accept returns after 10 days of having collected/delivered your hens. We will only accept returns within 10 days if a bird is unwell or is an unwanted cockerel.

Supplies – we do not accept returns after 3 days of having collected/delivered your supplies.

Housing – deluxe range houses are built to order and cannot be returned. Express range and Green Frog coops can be returned within 3 days of delivery, email us for a restocking charge.

If you wish to return goods, you will return them at your own cost. Refunds will be issued once the goods have been received and inspected by Glendevon Poultry. We will refund only the cost of the goods and not the original carriage cost paid, or in the case of free delivery we will deduct the amount it cost us to send the goods out. All goods that are returned must be in the original packing unopened or used otherwise a refund will not be issued, unless the goods are faulty or damaged.


Damages / Faults

When your goods arrive you must inspect the packing and if there is any sign of damage this must be noted on the courier delivery. When you sign for the goods you are signing that you accept the goods in good order. All orders must be inspected within 24 hours and any damages/faults/missing items reported within that time.  



Glendevon Poultry makes every effort to keep the prices up to date. Errors can occur, however, and where this happens, Glendevon Poultry will re-confirm prices before processing.
